BRÊZ Pods are not protected by explicit warranty, but if you are unsatisfied with your experience with your pod(s), email support@apolloecigs.com

BRÊZ Device is covered by a 1 (one) year limited warranty.

Your warranty covers defects in electronic components for a period of one year from the original manufactured date from www.brezvapor.com.

If a defect exists, brez vapor, at its option, will:

• Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts.
• Exchange the product with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished or.

This warranty does not include physical damage as our manufacturing cannot cover user error. Physical damages includes but is not limited to:

• A dropped or thrown device
• Water damage
• Improper charging

If we receive a device that has clear physical damage distress for a warranty replacement, we will not be able to provide you a replacement.
